Lovely, recently renovated apartment, well equipped and with a great balcony,even in the rain! Located in a quiet street within easy walking distance from the railway station and the (fun) escalators leading to the old town.

The apartment is large and very comfortable. On ground floor, with a large terrace. Well equipped kitchen. Half hour walk to the Duomo ( but a steep hill to start with). Supermarkets ( Lidl and Eurospin) within a kiliometre. We only had one night but it would make a great base for exploring Umbria, staying for a week or more.

Perfect location to the city center as well as to very local stores outside the wall. The room is spacious, clean and well-maintained. The parking, which is next to the room, is available for free. Strongly recommend this apartment even for a family with small children. For international travelers: Spoleto is a hidden gem in Umbria.
