Everything was perfect – the room was beautifully decorated, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. Marco was incredibly kind and helpful, and made us feel welcome from the very first moment. The location is fantastic, and Cupra Marittima is authentic and charming – we didn’t want to leave! We’d love to come back one day.

Location was perfect. Very close to train station and centre. Breakfast is in a cafe near by. 1 drink +1 pastry only but there is a shared kitchen in the house with other guests, coffee machine and fridge if you like to have your own. Supermarket, cafe is less than a minute walk. Stanislao and his family is lovely and he is always available to help. Very nice and clean place. I'd def stay there again.

A truly lovely bed & breakfast! Alessandra & Luca are wonderful and caring hosts ❤️. The perfectly renovated house has three small apartments (with silent aircons) that have been beautifully decorated with many lovely details. We stayed with 7 adults and very much enjoyed the complementary bicycles. The beds are super comfortable. Everything is there for a nice breakfast, including home-baked cookies. The location is also very good, beach, shops and restaurants at walking distance. Or you take the bike to go to Grottamare ;-) This place is a small palace, we can highly recommend it!

    Fantastic location with views all round. Everything was great right from the start being met and shown around by Stefano. The accommodation has been very well thought out with attention to every detail. (We should know because we used to run two holiday villas). Great pool with high end loungers and shades, the room was large with plenty of space and aircon if needed. Our bespoke breakfast on the terrace overlooking the valley was a perfect end to a great stay. We highly recommend!
