I´m very happy that we choose this apartment with the extra airport shuttle. It was a comfortable stay, comfortable bed, warm room, pizza place some minutes away. we forgot something important for our daughter in the hotel and the host was so kind and brought it extra to us at the airport. We were three adults and had a short stay near the airport. A few days before our arrival, Federico contacted us and sent a super detailed PDF guide with everything we needed to know, how to self check-in (since we arrived late at night), local recommendations (restaurants, bars, attractions), and transport info. He also helped us arrange a shuttle from the airport that dropped us off 1 minute walk away from the guesthouse, and he arranged another one for our return in the morning. Thanks again for the help with that because the taxi from the airport are pretty expensive. The room was spotless, very spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Each of us received three towels, a cookie, a candy, and a small bottle of water, a really thoughtful touch! There’s a cozy shared balcony for smokers, and a shared kitchenette with a selection of tea and coffee, plus a small fridge which was perfect since we had groceries that needed cooling. In the morning, we went to the cafe ‘Bar dell’Isola’, which is just a 3-minute walk away, and grabbed some sandwiches for breakfast which were delicious. We only stayed one night, but it was a truly pleasant and surprisingly great experience. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful and peaceful place! Everything was clean and cozy - just perfect for a nice stay to calm down and recharge your energy after a big city trip to Rome. The host was so nice and helpful with everything, she even gave us some sweets as she welcomed us in person. Unfortunately we just stayed for only one night as we wanted to avoid the chaotic traffic in Rome on our last day but we'd definitely loved to come back again for a longer stay. Frederica even recommended us to try an awesome little restaurant nearby just a few steps away from the place - please have some dinner there! They make the best pasta in the world! Thanks for everything, it was lovely. We wish you all the best and please take good care :) Olga & Adrian

The check-in and entering the building/room was done entirely online. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. There were coffee, drinks and sweets provided in the common room. It is around 30 min walk from the Fiumicino city centre. The host arranged a taxi for us very early in the morning as we had an early flight. It took us less than 10 min to get to the Fiumicino airport and it cost 25 EUR, which was great.

    It has an excellent location. If you are not planning to go to the center of Rome and have 1-2 days before going elsewhere, it is an ideal place to stay. It is also very clean and comfortable. The host is attentive and very polite. Everything has been considered for your comfort. If I come again, I plan to stay here again.

    Fiumicino is close to the airport, ideal for us flying out. Cristiana met us at the property, and walked us through the apartment - which I truly appreciated. I'm not a fan of the 'faceless' Air B'n'B, which seems all too common. It's a big comfortable apartment, in a good location, well worth the price, and a crime to only stay one night. Cristiana was also able drive us to the airport in the morning (and cheaper than the taxi). Spoilt for choice with a great selection of places to eat and drink.

    The room was comfortable and very clean. As I was leaving early, there was food available although it was before the usual hours. The location was ideal as close to the airport. An added bonus was being across the road from the sea. Also good restaurants nearby.

    The location is very close to the airport. It was simply excellent as it is suitable for all needs. If you’re on a budget, local supermarket and facilities are very close by. Otherwise, you are amongst all the restaurants, and you are above a lovely gelato place. The place itself was very clean and tidy and suited all our needs. Lorenzo was also a very welcoming guest
