The property lives up to all expectations! Perched high above a stunning bowl of landscape, our terrace almost had a 360 degree view. It is a unique 'off the beaten track' experience. Our hosts did so much to make our stay comfortable. Our apartment had so much character; cleverly designed with kitchen and sitting room on the ground floor and a comfortable bed up in the rafters. We were crazy enough to walk there and set-off with our back packs after a delicious breakfast. We just loved the beautiful scenery and wildlife along the way. An experience to be treasured!

Great location with lovely views. You can reach out the window and take figs from a tree in the garden. Outdoor eating area in the shade. Host provided water, oils, sweets, coffee and herbal teas. Gubbio is a 10-15 minute walk along one street. Host is next door and was very friendly and kind. Would definitely stay again.

    The entire stay exceeded our expectations. The hosts were excellent and very pleasant people. The view of the surrounding countryside was enchanting. The location is just a short distance to the nearby towns. The apartment's decor was breathtaking and authentic. A great bonus was the parking within the premises, which was enclosed.
