Everything is great, warm room, very clean, excellent location. Jessica the owner is wonderful, very helpful and friendly. The cat lives in the property, so extra treat for cat lovers! Good and free parking.

The apartment is in a somewhat run-down block of flats at the outskirts of the town - very easy access, convenient location. For the 3 of us, it was a convenient base for exploring the area. The sleeper sofa in the large living room was big and comfortable; the bathroom is newly renovated.

Giuseppe was friendly and helpful. And proactive, in that he messaged to see how the stay was going, and whether I needed any recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc.. The apartment met the description and pictures, I would stay there again.

Really welcoming hosts. Patrizia is so friendly and often asks if everything is alright and helps immediately when necessary. We had a great time in this cozy place and were welcomed with some drinks and snacks even. Really recommend this place.

Had an amazing stay in a stylish duplex studio! The room was beautifully designed with high-quality materials, and the bathroom was luxurious with top-notch fixtures and great sample hygiene products. The host gave excellent tips for hiking and exploring Biella, which made our trip even better. The breakfast was huge and had a great variety. No complaints at all — highly recommend!

    The owners were very sweet, they made sure we were well looked after and the room was fabulous, quiet and perfect for a good sleep, the common area was spotless with all the whistles and sparkles you can imagine. I think it would be good for a family as well if you rent 2 rooms instead.
