We had an excellent stay at this hospitable and new B&B. The B&B is located in a quiet village and is an ideal base for Lake Garda or a day trip to Brescia (highly recommended). The rooms are very spacious and clean with the necessary facilities and air conditioning (very pleasant in this warm period). Excellent breakfast. The presence of a swimming pool is a plus. Definitely recommended.

Exceptional place, exceptional host! Silvia is a great host, place is brand new and cosy, breakfast excellent. Free parking next to the building, beautiful mointain view and great experience when driving to/from Gardone Riviera, views down to the lake are breathtaking! It was much more than I expected! Everything! The style, the class, the location ALL AMAZING! The thoughtfulness is very noticeable, and the design of this resort is truly not to be missed The pool is decadent with the hot spas close by Our host is attentive and very helpful. Only 3 minutes walk from the lake which made exploring fun and we stayed here and took a day trip to Venice which upon returning we were glad we came back to this special place. The room is decadent! Really special! And we were checking out very early so our host ensured we had a packed breakfast ready for us! We are so grateful!

Paolo's B&B is just wonderful. It is great as a home base to explore all the beautiful towns and sites around Lake Garda. San Zeno is a small town on the slopes of Monte Baldo. Just a short drive up from the busier towns near the lake, Paolo's provides a place to relax and take in the gorgeous lake views and stunning sunsets. He welcomes you into his home and asks that you consider it yours as well. The room is comfortable, the patio overlooking the lake is perfect, and the breakfasts he prepares each morning are delicious! He is a very gracious and respectful host, truly first class, and is a wealth of information. He is happy to recommend places to visit around the lake as well as other nearby " must sees" and wonderful restaurants to try. If you stay here, I highly advise you to take advantage of his recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed the places he shared. We love our stays at Paolo's and are repeat guests. It is our home away from home.

    Great location. Very close to the center, but off the beaten path, very quiet area, with a beautiful view of Lake Garda. The cottage's equipment meets all standards for a peaceful rest. Nothing was missing. WiFi with a very good signal. Large terrace equipped with garden furniture. I highly recommend this place :)

    Exceptional location, stunning view, house equipped with everything you need for your stay, good size private parking , outside sitting area and garden. Mobile signal is very poor in the area, but outstanding wi-fi available. Great value for money!
