We love exploring Italy as a family, and this time we chose a short route through Umbria, staying in the charming town of Gradoli, near Lago di Bolsena lake. Our stay at Casa Ai Giardini exceeded expectations. The apartment was huge—three spacious bedrooms! Everything was beautifully arranged with great attention to detail and comfort. The little touches, like laundry capsules thoughtfully provided by the owners and a cold bottle of water and juice waiting for us in the fridge, made us feel so welcome. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare a wonderful dinner. Our son especially loved the cozy bed in the children's room, complete with a night lamp he adored. One of the highlights was the large balcony with a stunning view. Sipping morning coffee out there was pure bliss! Alessandra was always available and had everything perfectly prepared for our stay. We appreciated the convenient parking right in front of the house and the secure key box with a code for easy access. Staying at Casa Ai Giardini was one of the best parts of our trip to Umbria. Thank you, Alessandra!

This stay went above and beyond our expectations! Very close to many sights in the area like Bolsena lake and Bosco del Sasseto. The staff was very friendly giving us a free tour of their botanical garden (and a gnome one too!). Perfect for children and Fantasy lovers. A very nice breakfast accompanied by hand picked wild berries. Must try!

The house is very old (more than 200 years), but totally refurbished and pretty much comfortable. Big bed, clean bathroom, kind hosters. Me, my wife and our dog did enjoyed the experience and do recomend!
