Very spacious room, very comfortable bed and linen. The church bells add to the experience. Check in was very easy. Breakfast was plenty! Overall I liked everything. Recommend to add some butter portions to breakfast.

Good breakfast, room bigger than expected (we had the pink one). Very clean and nicely designed. Temperature was ok, not too cold, not to warm. Easy access for where i needed. Host was very helpful and nice. We arrived very late (around 2am) and she was very welcoming and arranged breakfast for us since we slept late. Nice experience!

It was a late decision to stay the night in Serravalle & by chance we stumbled upon this place & chose it for it's proximity to the Outlet. Though we checked in late in the evening, the host, Francesco, was extremely gracious. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The place has quite a few drinking & eating options in the vicinity. The breakfast provided by the host was fresh, nice & more than adequate.
