Well equipped apartment. The apartment is very nicely decorated, very quiet and clean. The location is excellent. Nearby there is a cafe, and a rocky beach. The owner is available online. Can answer or suggest if there are difficulties with the gate or the door (it opens online, without "classic" keys). He also gave us some great places to visit. Unfortunately, I did not have a signal on my phone, and the Internet in the apartment was weak. Perhaps it is good, because it was possible to relax, and not sit on the phone and online :) For some, this may be a minus, but for us it was not a minus.

    Had a superb 3 night stay here - the apartment is exactly as it is pictured! Very clean and comfortable with a great terrace and unbeatable lake views. A nice quiet location but only a 20 min drive to Bellagio. One very good restaurant within 10 min walking distance, others in Lezzeno just a few min drive away. Wonderful Italy the management company are very professional, great communication providing very clear directions on approach to the property and instructions to access. Thanks for making this a great stay!

    Very nice apartment, good location near a small market and a few restaurants. It has a private garage where you can leave your car and thats great because you can hardly find a parking spot. It was very clean and the owner is very nice and will help you with anything you need.

    Antonella and Giovanni are so warm hosts. Being at the residence they make you feel like home, looking after all your needs for an unforgettable stay. The location with the lake view is dreamy, ideal for relaxing and Important to mention that it is also very convenient for exploring the most beautiful sights on the lake, just taking the ferries from Bellagio, without having to drive for long time. If I were to go back again, this would be the place to stay for sure!

    Katia's house is located in a small village between Bellagio and Como. The apartment is simple but spacious, clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay (even some snacks included), nice location, nice view from the terrace, access to small private beach 2 minute walk away and parking available. Helvetia restaurant across the street offers nice and affordable dining with a spectacular view. Katia is a nice and welcoming host.
