The apartment had a nice old style furniture. It was very clean and confortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The owner, Pietro, greeted us very friendly to hand out the keys. He explained in details everything about the place and surroundings, but also provided us with helpful information about our stay in Italy. It was a nice short vacation for us all. Is definitely a place we will visit again.

Highly recommended to everyone who plans to spend their vacation on a boat. Andjelo, the owner of the boat, is an extremely kind and helpful host who went out of his way to make our stay perfect. In short, we loved everything about it. Cleanliness, location, comfort, separate dining area with everything you need: coffee machine, coffee, goodies, cups, plates, etc. The hotel manager is a wonderful person, responded to all our requests and was constantly in touch with us on messenger.

The apartment is lovely, clean and has all the amenities one needs for a nice holiday. The hosts were wonderful, Fabio was there to give me the keys to the apartment and show me where everything was etc. He even carried my bags up all the flights of stairs! The location is wonderful, close to beach, restaurants, bars etc. But it also has a downside....

    The location was great near the beach and a supermarket near by. Very clean apartment and welcoming host. She met us at the apartment and showed us everything. There were beach towels, umbrella and some toys for the beach. We only stayed for one night but would recommend for longer stays.

    The owner Siliva contact me in the right time about my arrival, she was very helpful about taxi and other informations. Accomodation is cosy, great dispositions of rooms, external blinds make a fine temperature inside, the entrance very clean with nice smell :) Location is perfect, close to station to train to Roma and also close to beach, local restaurant with tasty Italian food, cafeteria, grocery.

    The host welcomed me himself, showed me the room which was fully equipped, it was very clean, meticulously well organized, I was amazed, the has was very kind, this place has the advantage of being close to the beach only 20 min walk, and close to Rome the main tourist city about 25 min train and metro which are very good and cheap, I will come back and definitely recommend this place ❤️

Very clean, cozy and bright apartment, convenient that there is an elevator, the apartment is located on the second floor and also has a balcony.
