I had a problem during my stay, but the employee Matteo was always incredibly available to help and resolve the situation, even outside of his working hours, providing the hospitality and passion for work desired in a hotel of this category. The breakfast was perfect. The best we had in Europe hotels and we do travel a lot! Dinner was exceptional. We had dinner at the hotel the first night we arrived and we could not resist the taste, we took dinner every night during our stay. The staff at the reception, restaurant and all over were so helpful, friendly and good at their job. The rooms were very clean, free coffee, tea and snacks were offered. Toiletries, slippers, bathrobes, everything one needs was there. The location of the hotel was also wonderful, walking distance to everywhere and very close to the main train and water bus stations. In short, absolutely perfect.
