There is nothing to fault about this wonderful location. From communication at booking, before arriving and during our stay. I could not fault them on a single thing. Exceeded my expectations and I will most definitely return here when I visit Florence again. The wonderful owner is very helpful, the breakfast was 5 star 🌟 quality. You are even able to purchase bus passes at the front desk. Location extremely peaceful and relaxing after a day of exploring the city
