It was perfect! We couldn't have asked for more. Having been to Sardinia a few times now, I tell you that it's extremely rare that you'll come across such a nice property (at this price point). The location is 30 minutes away from the main beaches in the southwest and from Cagliari. The property is very well equipped with everything you need : cutlery, cookery, salt pepper, oil , kitchen towels, dishwasher & washing machine (not like other places we've been where you need to buy literally everything). The mattress was extremely comfortable (if you've been to Sardinia before, you might know the struggle to find a good bed to sleep in - this is perfect, and I'm a very picky person); there is AC in every room , everything is clean and modern. You have full privacy in the patio and access to a barbecue and outside shower & sink (we didn't make use of these, but there are there for you). If you are looking for a quiet place (no noisy neighbours), this is the place to go - although the main bedroom window faces the street and you can hear cars passing by, it's not noisy as it's not a main road and not very busy (again, I'm very sensitive to noises and it didn't bothered me at all). The host is lovely, very welcoming, and friendly; she even landed us her beach umbrella as we didn't want to buy one just for 3 days we were there - which made such a big difference for us. Also, she made sure we had some cold water in the fridge when we arrived, as well as some beverages (juice & beer) ... this is such a nice gesture, and it goes to show they care. I highly recommend this place , it ticked all the boxes for us , 100% we'll be coming back here next time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Boutique Hotel Marconi in Cagliari, and it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out and added a special touch to our stay. The hotel itself is immaculate, with cleanliness being a top priority. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing breakfast. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious and varied spread that catered to all tastes. The fresh, local ingredients and the beautiful presentation made it a wonderful start to our day. While the hotel is not located in the downtown area, this did not detract from our experience. The peaceful surroundings and the convenience of local transport options made it easy to explore Cagliari at our own pace. Overall, I highly recommend Boutique Hotel Marconi for its exceptional staff, pristine cleanliness, and fantastic breakfast.

These were a really nice few days, it was clean and nicely furnished. The location was something we knew it will be so that’s perfect, but just so you know, there is no night live:) You can always get some food though and it’s really safe in my opinion. The people are the nicest ones I have ever met. Overall it was amazing.

    The location was wonderful, the garden is perfect! Also the staff was so friendly and helpful! Further, the kitchen was very well equipped, it is very nice that the host thinks about things like very tasty tomatoes from their own garden, olive oil, salt, kitchen paper and so on… The croissants you get in the morning are lovely! Finally, everything was very clean! Definitely, worth it!

    Everything from the warm hosts and their loving welcome to the cleanliness of the place! They made us feel at home, such hospitable people. Immersed in nature, the location was great if you have a car! I definitely recommend and I would love to go back!

    Everything was magical ❤️ Maria and her husband treat you as if you are coming to visit family not B&B. Villa and the surrounding area is beautiful and incredibly peaceful. The breakfast is made with heart by what is delicious. The room and bathroom are brand new and very clean. Come promesso, a presto!

    Casa di Isa is a perfect place for both short and long stays. Located just 20 minutes from the airport and the center of Cagliari, it offers quick and efficient communication with the hosts. The house is comfortable and well-equipped, with everything you might need. Everything is very well maintained. The house is beautiful, fragrant, and very clean. There's a special touch on the table that can be seen as soon as you arrive. If you find this house available, don't hesitate, book it without fear, as there will be no regrets.
