Our family of 5 had an excellent stay at Kevin House. Leandro, the host, is very friendly and communicative. There is ample room for 2 adults and 3 children, incl. a fully equiped kitchen. We stayed for a week and used it as 'base camp' to visit Lucca, Pisa (incl. the beach), Firenze, and surroundings. The pool was perfect to cool off and keep the children happy.

Charming villa a few steps away from the city wall. Free parking on site which was greatly appreciated. Comfy room with good sound insulation, v clean. The room was beautiful, especially the wide spa bathtub. The bed was comfortable and wide. The breakfast was full and tasty, especially the locally sourced honey. We were kindly allowed to leave our bags in the lobby after checking out, as we walked around Lucca for the afternoon.
