Genuine hospitality of the staff-always ready to advise or help. Highest quality of food for breakfast. I had the best breakfast ever in Italy with Serano ham, ricotta, homemade cake and delicious cappuccino. Paola turned the meal into an event! The sightseeing places like Pitigliano, Sorena, Lago di Bolsena, Castell Azzarra, Talamone, Saturnia etc. are all reachable in one hour drive. We could easily reach different cities, the sea, the cascate del molino (Saturnia falls) by car and experience a lot of different activities.
