Beautiful villa in the countryside, very close to Pistoia. The villa and the estate are simply lovely; all the charm of an historic property, but fully (and respectfully) modernised. Lovely garden and pool area, and a great covered parking. Very tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. Great breakfast too. Would love to come back!

The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good, and the coffee prepared by Lucia was simply outstanding. The free on-site parking was a great convenience, and we truly enjoyed the peace, quiet, and fresh air during our stay. Just a 5-minute drive from the hotel, there is an excellent restaurant recommended to us by Lucia.

Stunning property with amazing views. The host was so lovely, he picked us up from the train station and took us back which was so nice of him. The room was lovely, amenities were great. The pool was nice and there were so many spaces to chill out, it was super relaxing. We didn’t have a car but you could still walk to the small nearby village and a few restaurants for dinner very easily and quickly. The drinks and breakfast on site were really good too. I would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely chilled place to stay.

Everything. The location was fantastic. Easily is the best location within the walls of Montecarlo. We really enjoyed the cozy courtyard immediately outside the building. The owners went above and beyond our expectations and made us feel exceptionally welcome. The room was charming and well presented. We were even lucky enough to have the only room with a small private balcony. The breakfast was the best we have had during our time in Italy. They put on homemade pastries, cakes, yoghurt and granola as well as more. We would highly recommend making the most of the fantastic wine available whilst playing a game of chess in the courtyard. Thank you for the wonderful memories. Btw there is a gelato place just 80 meters a way tha served amazing ice cream!

    Absolutely amazing stay! Our host, Cristina, was incredible and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself is impeccably clean and equipped with everything you could imagine. The apartment in the villa is not only beautiful but also the location offers spectacular views and is conveniently close to many special places like Florence, Pisa, Lucca, and many more. We enjoyed daily trips exploring the surroundings thanks to Cristina's excellent recommendations. We definitely plan to return.

    The views at this property were amazing. It was a quiet location, you do need a car to get to it. We stayed in the separate apartment with the spiral staircase. The pool area was very nice. You can walk to the towns of Massa and Cozzile. The breakfast was great each day, the hosts looked after us really well. Plenty of space to park your car. The fridge worked well and everything stayed cold. Easy drive to Pisa and Lucca.
