Big apartment, very clean, right in the centre (quite close to the Duomo). Guiseppe and his wife are very nice and helpful (the air conditioner didn't work when I arrived and they had it mended very quickly). The street may be a bit noisy at night but that's not a big problem. Highly recommended!

Clean, well equipt apartment with friendly hosts who go out of their way to help and everything you need for a comfortable stay was thought of. This place was a wonderful retreat from a day of sightseeing in Modena and nearby towns. It's a nice walk to the centre and the market is only 25 min walk. I walked to and from the centre twice.

This apartment is a beautiful place to stay in Modena. The facilities are brilliant, and there are lots of lovely details throughout. The location is very close to the centre of town (Modena is all very walkable anyway), and we had everything we needed. We were only in Modena for one night, but I would happily stay here again for a week or more. Bellisimo!
