This place is so good, I wish place in Rome could be like this one- beautiful, clean and spacious room, cosy, with big bathroom. They have kitchen with ability to use ir 24/7. Each room has it's table with served breakfast + cofee/ tea possibilitie. My daughter liked nutella mini pack. The place has very accurate owner/ the men who manages it. Next to train station. Offered us shuttle to airport, I was happy we chose it.

Host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, we were not expecting such a large room, this is pretty much a private flat and was great value for money. We stayed here as we missed our flight and booked last minute however, had we known how fantastic the property was we wish we would have stayed here for our entire trip to Rome. The train station is just down the road and only costed us 1.5 euros to travel back and forth from the city. I cannot praise the host enough, he was a lovely man and gave us an early check-in on request; he was probably the nicest person we had met on our howl trip. Truly brilliant! i would highly recommend, also there is a fantastic pizza places bellow the building which was great if your looking for something to eat.

We had everything we needed for our short stay in this nice, cozy apartment. The staff was very responsive, friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. The apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet area close to Ciampino airport. It can be reached quickly by car (at night taxis usually charge the fixed tariff).

The place is stunning. The house is on a hill with a beautiful view on the Rome and surrounding nature. The rooms were cosy and comfortable. We are amazed by the hosts’ hospitality and helpfulness when our car broke down. The home-made pastries and honey which we had for the breakfast were wonderful! Our only regret is that we stayed only for two nights there.

    Very clean and comfortable. Lots of lovely finishing touches - fridge and kitchen stocked with essentials like milk, coffee/tea and some breakfast things. Garden terrace was big and great to hang out in. Host was very helpful and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.

    Amazing stay, we travelled in a group of coworkers but separately. 2 of us got lost and could not find the location, the host helped them reach the place while we were still on the north side of Italy. On arrival we noticed a fully equipped apartment with even a welcoming cake. Thank you for everything.
