This place is perfect for family with kids. My son liked the animals so much that he visited them three four times every day. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was rich and fresh. We love this place.

This property has an amazing view! You have to drive up a fairly steep gravel road to get to it, but it is totally worth it! We were in the studio with Terrace room. There is a large outside balcony that is perfect for your charcuterie and vino/aperitif. But make sure you bring it all with you as it is impossible to just run to the store for a quick stop to grab things. My husband and I thought that this room also had the most comfy bed out of all the ones we stayed in over our week vacation to Cinque Terre, Emilia-Romagna, and Umbria. It was firm and perfect. The hostess put out a large continental breakfast for us and we were filled up. Definitely recommend this place!

This idyllic place is like finding a long lost family. Elisabetha and Marcello are the most perfect hosts and their home is wonderful. We were spoilt tasting their home grown produce. Wine, olive oil and a variety of preserves. We didn't want to leave. I highly recommend this lovely place.

This place is absolutely incredible! It is gorgeous inside and the views are exceptional. The host is fantastic and very friendly. The dogs and cats of the family came to say hi and were adorable and we met with the local nonna this morning and she was super kind and friendly as well. The apartment has everything you can possibly ask for, including a coffee machine which was very appreciated and a nice little breakfast was provided by the owner with delicious cake!

    I stayed with my 11 year old daughter and it was our first trip without the rest of the family so I was a little nervous. The staff were incredibly friendly and lovely with my daughter. The breakfast was excellent, all served to your table and made to order. The pastries and cakes were lovely. The location is great, right in the heart of this beautiful village. We didn't stay long in our room or eat in the restaurant, but have heard good reviews from friends who live there. Would highly recommend!

    Breakfast good. Lovely location in beautiful Montone. Wonderful restaurants in the town. Lovely museum. Great for exploring that part of Umbria and le Marche / Urbino….. easy access to main highway

    Beautiful location, lovely room with outdoor area, good bathroom and spacious. Pool was lovely - though more for plunge than a swim. luckily was very quiet so we had it to ourselves. Could be unusable if place was busy. Host and breakfast delightful.
