The property was clean and you had everything you needed for your stay. From the nicely folded towels, to utensils, coffe, sugar and plenty of lovely snacks. Loretta was wonderful and so helpful, helped us when we were stuck in Vercelli as it was a holiday and there was no buses, gave us tips of best places to eat at and visit. She goes above and beyond to make her guest feel comfortable and welcome.
