Luca was an exceptional host for our 3 day stay here at Wagon-lit. The room is very spacious, with a large bathroom and great kitchen facilities. Luca offered us a lift into town, as well as advice for travelling on the biggest public holiday of the year. We thoroughly enjoyed the terrace/garden and wish we could've stayed longer just to enjoy the garden more. Even after checkout, Luca offered us water and coffee and made sure we were comfortable for our next travels, thank you!

We were here for the children’s book fair at Bologna Fiere. While the property is not that close, it is unbelievably convenient - with a bus stop outside the building that provides direct access to the city or with a short transfer, to the conference centre. The property itself is spotless and recently renovated. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, so no noise to keep us awake. Vladimiro, the host, is a kind and friendly man who went out of his way to help us, and gave us wonderful recommendations for local restaurants. I recommend this property wholeheartedly!

We had a wonderful stay at the Little House in Bologna! The accommodation is very clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly equipped – you can tell that a lot of care and attention has gone into every detail. The location is quiet, yet well connected, making it easy to explore the city. The private parking was a big plus, and the access to the property was very easy and straightforward.

We chose this place because it was conveniently located close to my relatives home in Bologna. However, we were very pleased to find a very comfortable and cosy room, which is also located at 40 minutes walk from the city centre and 20 minutes from Giardini Margherita. The B&B carer, Francesca, was very nice and ready to help with any question (literally any moment: she gave us her contact on whatsapp, so we could contact her any time). The room was superclean and offered, on top of towels and soap as usual, toothpaste and slippers. There was also an hairdryer available and an emergency sewing kit. The bed was very comfortable. Heating could be switched on/off at our pleasure. there was a fridge in the room, and we enjoyed water and some fruit, compliment of the B&B. For sweet tooth people: there is a patisserie just across the road where the B&B is located (bar pasticceria Vittoria) that will serve you amazing pastries.

Really great area, wonderful room. It was pleasure to spend time there and relax. Very nice hosts. Quite good transfer from and to city by regional bus. There are also some places to eat late dinner. Really close to shop with regional ham. For hikers lots of possibilities. Regarding room and location we have no negative experiences.
