Very nice hosts, delicious breakfast served every morning. Rooms are cleaned every day. Beautiful and romantic interior of the house.     Location was perfect. Perfect if you want to visit nearby cities like Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Livorno. Montecatini Terme were surprisingly nice with a lot of nice Italian restaurants. Garden of the house was amazing, such a nice place to have drink or grill. Loads of flowers. Breakfast also was great, owner asked us if we want something special and she provided us with what we want.

    Peaceful location. Well stocked kitchen. The host was excellent, making us feel extremely welcome and even brought us a little gift of some local produce one evening. He gave excellent recommendations for local restaurants and spent time to tell m husband about the property despite a bit of a language barrier.
