Very spacious and clean rustic style (but modern) apartment at the top floor of a traditional old house. Picturesque surroundings: the house is located in a small hamlet with beautiful views over rugged peaks. Convenient location for high alpine hiking in the region, e.g. close distance to Pontechianale lift or Col Agnel. Well-equipped kitchen, and reliable wifi. Possibility to park a car at the main road within 1-2 minute walk from the apartment – the owner’s parents showed a very good parking place, which was always available. Extremely friendly and helpful owner family who immediately and positively responded to all the requests.

Safe indoor parking for the rides, tools & space to wrench when stuff needed tweaking, and even a wash bay to blast the mud off after hammering the trails. Even with Sauna and Hammam at extra cost. The host? Total legend. Super chill, super welcoming — like a buddy who’s got your back. Trails right on the doorstep, killer vibes all around. This is a great place to stay, and I can’t wait to recommend it highly enough. Spotlessly clean, in a very quiet and peaceful location. We would like to mention that every detail and every corner of the interiors and exteriors are built with love and perfect taste. The owners are very nice people with a gentle character of hospitality and welcoming gifts. they invite us to the village carnival that was unexpected and the people were so kind and friendly we enjoyed it a lot. This may have been the first time we stayed here, but it certainly won't be the last!
