It’s one of those properties where there’s nothing to dislike. First of all, it is located half an hour driving from Cagliari Elmas Airport and it’s literally on the beach! You’re a minute or yard away from the sea! Second the spectacular view from the balcony, absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. For watching sunrise and sunset is specially well positioned. For those who want to have a quiet place outside the big cities with amazing views and the Tyrrhenian sea at your feet, Casa Nicoleup is the one. The house itself is spacious, two bedrooms, a full equipped kitchen with big fridge, a nice size bathroom. The decor of the entire property is typical for the area, in pastel blue and white, with marine/aquatic details. There’s a flat TV for whoever is watching TV in that Paradise, there’s AC and good wireless internet connection. The internet works acceptably well even in the yard, if you want to lay in the sun chairs provided by the property, but still want to use your electronic devices. The yard is big, with green grass and we were able to get our car parked inside the yard for the whole week. The neighbourhood is pretty chilled. The check in and check out process was very smooth and simple, and our hosts, Nicoletta and Lucrezia were very welcoming and helpful. We received all the information in advance so that we could make the best of our time there. There s also a washing machine in the yard, next to the stairwell, but we didn’t use it on this occasion. We loved and recommend the property especially for the balcony views and proximity to the sea/ beach. The water is shallow around the area. It was very clean and still warm at the end of September so we could swim.

Fantastic family project, peaceful, instantly feel like home, owners (Paolo & dad) and staff always happy to help you with anything you want. That place is really nice and so relaxing. Not to forget to mention the excellent food served on site which you must try at least one evening during your stay. I am really thankful for the kindness of everyone and the relaxing time we had. I would definitely recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

Wonderful place to stay, all is very clean, great beds, cosy rooms and a lovely garden with jacuzzi. The warm water end of April was just wonderful in the jacuzzi. Albert, the owner prepares a deliciouse breakfast in the morning. I can only recommend this place :) we really enjoyed the time here .

A lovely B&B in the heart of Pula. You can find it on the nicest street of the city taking advantage of a strategic location. We felt warmly welcomed and cuddled from the hosts for the whole stay. The breakfast is really tasty, with fresh and local product and with the possibility to get something to eat for later. Additionally, a coffee machine and a refrigerator with all sort of beverage are always available without additional costs. A relevant attention is given to the style of this place, the decoration and to the satisfaction of the guests. Indeed, also a beach bag was given with towels clean every day and a sun umbrella. Very clean and very quiet place. I hope to meet the hosts soon again.

The staff could not have been more helpful. We wanted to see the flamingoes - staff presented us with the details and time. We preferred a room on the ground floor - staff immediately changed bed to twin so that we didn’t have to carry our bags upstairs, again. The room was lovely complete with a small courtyard in the garden. Parking too.

    We stayed 4 nights with our son and everything was great, very clean and spacious, the house is in a quiet area and street parking was always available. We enjoyed having breakfast with the other guests as well. But most importantly, our hosts Anna and Antonio were so kind and helpful, they really made us feel at home - thank you!

    Before coming we had great communication with the host. We were welcomed with delicious dinner and full fridge. We had space to park 2 cars inside. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We got recommendations what to see. For good bye we got lemons from the garden. Location is perfect to reach south and east of Sardinia. Highly recommended. Hosts were very generous and friendly

    A kind of home from home property. Amazing views, very quiet, sheltered sea with shallow water, ideal for seaming. Nobody around in November. Very nice host.

    Very nice, available and welcoming hosts. Communication went well. They were very nice to respond to all our requests. The place is spotless with so much space. And you can find everything you need. Also an amazing beach is at 4 min walk. Everything was good. I hope i can come back there to enjoy more. Thanks for everything!
