The place, landscape and the view from the pool is magical. Everything was clean, the apartment also beautiful. We also had two bathrooms even there was only one shown when we booked. As a group of 4 people we were very happy about that. Loved all the animals around - in the territory there are 3 cats, friendly dog and we even saw a doe for a second from the kitchen window.

It is an amazing place with all what you need. Jeanette is a fantastic host and offers a great breakfast. It is very private and in the evening you can truly count a million stars from the hottub. With all the recommendations from Jeanette we explored the area and really enjoyed staying in this part of Tuscany.

This setup is a bit off the way, you need to use approx 800m of a gravel road to get there from the paved road. But when you get there you will meet Teresa and Stuart, extraordinary couple which became Tuscan residents just a few years ago. If you go there and if you are social person you will get a personal experience and hear an amazing life story. Of course all that beside wonderful place, beautiful apartment in the middle of nowhere but at the same time really reasonably close to urban moment of Grosseto and even closer to village experience of Scansano. And not to mention so many different small villages / attractions close enough... Highly recommended!!

    Absolutely gorgeous villa in a gorgeous setting. The food at the restaurant was amazing Nd the staff were so friendly and very attentive. The rooms were spotless. The view and the pool were stunning and Anja looked after us so well. Both Anja and Paola were great at communicating with us before our stay too so checking in was so easy. We had an incredibly relaxing stay in one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed.

    The location, facilities and staff were amazing. This felt very luxury and exceeded our expectations! The pool was just the best with incredible views, I will never forget it! Good location to see a variety of things all within an hours drive. It was so clean everywhere!

    The resort is sooo beautiful! The pool area is super lovely with amazing views. Everything is spotless, very clean and well maintained. We also loved the food in the restaurant with it’s amazing athmosphere. Dinner service at the restaurant was also great. Breakfast doesn’t include too many savory things but it was fine Italian breakfast. The beds are firm, but we still slept very well on those. AC worked fine in our room even though the days were super hot +36 degrees.

    Wonderful location and perfectly maintained property with a lot of plants, a great infinity pool and beautiful views. Everything was sparkling clean inside our apartment and also outside. We had the most amazing sunsets that we could watch every day from our lovely terrace. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet included a great variety of things to chose from.

    Great rural hotel with beautiful views over tuscan landscape. Our room was very clean. Nice infinity pool. The restaurant has high quality food and is not too pricey.

    everything, beuatiful location,.staff helpful, Paola at reception could not have been better , such a kind lady and full of information. Dinner is a must , food was amazing... Thank you Cheff. and yes everyone says food good in Italy, i differ 😉 we live in Italy now and not all the food is good.. But this food was amazing and delicious..
