Incredible house with incredible hosts! We loved everything: this beautiful house surrounded by the forest that the hosts have beautifully restored, the nature, the hand-made artistic decoration, the confortable room, the delicious breakfast with hand-made pies and of course the host's hospitality! Very friendly staff, rooms and facilities felt new and amazingly clean, the cleanest I've experienced in Italy. Beautiful breakfast offering and setting (great view). Thank you for a lovely stay, wish we could have stayed longer.

It is a cosy and comfortable little place with great services and very good and diverse breakfast. I would love to stay here with my husband again, we felt very welcome and the staff was so friendly. I recommend this place if you come to Ivrea.

I arrived very late at night, but unlike most places where you get instructions that never make any sense, getting into the property was extremely quick and easy. The size of the room was much larger than I expected, as was the bathroom and the place was spotless. The bed was very comfortable ad the linen smelled fantastic. The room had shutters as well so you cold make it pitch black. Needless to say I slept well. In the morning, the breakfast was great, with a very wide selection. There was also a magnificent view of the Italian Alps. Mostly though, it was the staff that made the difference. Both lovely and extremely hospitable. My only disappointment was not staying for more days.

    Lovely rural location with stunning views although a very steep unmade up track to get there. Excellent breakfast. Some distance to find dinner. We found Osteria San Maurizio in Ivea which was superb. The owner/chef worked for big names in London for 23 years. He and his wife were charming and the food exceptional. Would highly recommend.

    The location was fine, pretty the stream outside the window and the view all nice. The breakfast for non vegans was excellent but for me as a vegan rather disappointing.

    Happily surprised by this property, really exceeded our expectation. A very hidden location but everything just felt so right! The staff and owner are very kind and helpful, one of the few memorable experiences in an Italien hotels.

    The location was great! The directions sent by the hotel were accurate (and needed) It is a charming little place that is a bit remote but has fantastic views! The room was perfect and well equipped. The breakfast is served with attention, but it was empty when we arrived (see other remarks) The road to the hotel is an adventure, I loved it, but I can see why others thought it was a bit rough

    I was very surprised with the exceptional quality of the property, location and very attentive staff. I did struggle to locate the property and thought I’d made a wrong turning at first. The property is secluded, very private. My room was lovely (I did saw wow when I walked in) very clean, lovely furnishings. Very comfortable bed. I didn’t use the pool but it’s available for guests. Breakfast was lovely on the terrace, very attentive staff with home grown strawberries on the menu!
