Chiara’s hospitality was above and beyond! She made us feel welcome without being intrusive. She speaks very good English if that is something you would find helpful. The breakfast was very good as well. A real bonus was access to a washer and dryer. Just what we needed as we are hiking the via di Francesco.

Everything was perfect! I especially loved the view from the windows, the beautiful garden, and the table by the river — such a peaceful spot. The sound of the flowing water and the birds created a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Anna was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.     A beautiful medieval tower set in Sansepolcro. The location was perfect to walk anywhere in the town and enjoy the sights. We were met by Andrea and shown the property and how everything worked. The terrace at the top of the tower was perfect. At the end of the day, we enjoyed a delightful 360-degree view of the surrounding area of Sansepolcro with a glass of local wine and fresh produce. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and a perfect location for our holiday. We would definitely return. Thank you, Andrea!

    A beautiful and cosy little house tucked away within a magical garden. Carla the owner went above and beyond to be helpful which was much appreciated. The house is very comfortable and very well equipped. It was spotlessly clean, very safe and very quiet and we didn’t want to leave- just as well because we are returning again soon!
