Lovely friendly welcoming family. The room (verde) was good sized, with ac for heating, spotlessly clean and with all facilites. Good wifi too. you can fill the provided sheet the evening before with the things you would like for breakfast to avoid wastage, a great idea. Breakfast is varied (salted and sweet). Property is in a quiet area of Sant'Alfio and from the garden Etna can be seen

Superb sea view directly from the room and from enormous terrace our room included. Sunrises were really something special. Also view of Etna from road-side of the house. Free parking on the premises was extremely helpful. Situated short drive from lots east Etna hikes which are not too touristy (Rifugio Citelli is a great starting point for instance). Breakfast room (and the whole property actually) is really nice and well thought-through. Breakfast was tasty and sufficient, though more on the sweet side. Our host Lorena was very friendly and accommodating. Great middle point to explore east coast towns.

An amazing little jewel of hotel and restaurant in the middle of the forest up at the Etna Vulcano. It’s a family-ran beautiful little place to stay right next to a forest and lots of places to play with kids such as playgrounds and open areas - we stayed with the dog and he had lots of fun too! A quick drive from Catania and from the top of the crater, this place is a must if you love amazing nature (you can hear the Vulcano from there!), kind hospitality and good food (we enjoyed the set menu including lots of homemade local Sicilian foods at a good rate, beautifully made and very abundant)

We staid in the apartment, a brand new structure in an attic, very well insulated. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom and shower was pretty good, the kitchen had everything you need to cook a full meal (which we didn't do because there were very nice restaurants around). Our tour to Etna was amazing, which by the way we booked directly with the Funivia.

Lella was an expectional host, she made sure we were comfortable and took good care of us. The room was great, beautifully designed with breathtaking views and very clean. The room had everything that we needed. Breakfast was lovely, also overlooking views of the garden. We have really enjoyed our stay and would definitely want to visit again with our extended family!

This was the best accommodation I have been on sicily. The hosts were so nice and explained me everything at arrival. They also had recommendations for expeditions in the area and for restaurants, shops etc. and brought fresh breakfast every morning to a previously agreed time. The apartment itself was gigantic (multiple rooms) and everything was so clean. Parking directly in front was no problem at all at any time. And the location is near Taormina, Alcantara, Etna, Catania (Airport) ... just perfect.

we liked the pools so much! We had marvelous view from our both balconies - sea on one side and Etna on the other side. We were lucky enough to see Etna's red glowing peak in the darkness. The hotel has a beautiful garden as well. There were 2 bathrooms in our room which was extremely convenient when travelling with the family. The staff was so welcoming, we were allowed to stay in our room as long as we wish , so we stayed half of the day on our checkout day. We are coming back there soon, for sure.

    The location was great for visiting Mount Etna, and the views from the B & B were amazing. Lorena made us feel very welcome. The nearest village is about 15 minutes walk, where you can find a couple of restaurants. The breakfast was great, fruit, yogurts, pastries, meat, cheese, croissants etc.

    The large selection of traditional and rustic food on offer was excellent. Laura and Guiseppe's hospitality was great and they made me feel welcome and relaxed throughout my stay. The property is ideally located for excursions up and around Etna and Laura and Guiseppe provided me with great recommendations regarding the best areas to visit around this location.
