The owner was super friendly, understanding and helped with every our request. The villa is done with heart, every small detail is high quality, clean and useful. Fantastic location. 200 meters from the escalators that lead to the center of the old town. Lovely staff. The host Pietro was very charming and helpful, meeting all our needs. Large room, large bed. Very clean shower and toilet. Everything was clean and tidy as if we were the first to stay there. European breakfast. Free coffee and water throughout the stay. Highly recommend to those coming to Spoleto.

Absolutely the cleanest accommodation I've ever stayed in. The apartment smells wonderful. The towels and bedding too! The kitchen has everything you need. There isn't a speck of dust here, truly perfectly clean. Plus, it's very close to the train station.

A beautiful property right in the heart of Spoleto. Loved the design of old meets new, very spacious and comfortable. Early check-in was also made possible and very easy too. We did not cook during our stay but the kitchen area was modern & clean. Perfect location for walking La Rocca each morning & for caffe/aperitivi in the nearby piazza.

    It is a very elegant historical building renovated to a high standard. It was very clean and had windows that let in a lot of light. There was a view and there is a bar and restaurant within metres.

    Great location - car essential. Excellent facilities with friendly and helpful staff. Would use again if in this area of Umbria. Sant`Anatolia di Narco is a small community but well worth a visit including an interesting museum. Highly recommended.
