The location is everything, right at the beach. We had the best room with the sea view. Very comfy bed, clean room and good size. We only stayed 2 nights because we had accomodation in Olbia, but to stay close to Cagliari and the beach is the best stay. The host Andreea is very attentive, we arrived and checked in before the original time. I higly recommend this accomodation. Thank you

Very spacious and airy house, with 4 separate rooms, shared kitchen and dining room, 2 bathrooms, enough space for everyone. Exit to the garden for a pleasant outdoor breakfast, swimming pool, BBQ, washing machine, parking inside the fence, close to shops. Great!!!

Can't fault this hotel, it's excellent. Great location, staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. It's brand new, the design is clean and modern. The roof top plunge pool is a nice touch. A short walk to the centre along the marina. The fitness centre wasn't open because it was brand new, but the staff arranged an alternative so we could sweat out all the Spritz. All very capable and wonderful base as an introduction to Sardinia. We will be back! Thanks guys.

    The location is close to transport, to the sea, to McDonald's. The room is clean and comfortable. The room has everything we needed. The owner is very kind and responsive, he helped with everything. wonderful and positive family. The yard is beautiful and clean. The housing is located in a quiet area. I regret that we didn’t come for long. This was our first time and we really enjoyed it. We'll be happy to come back for longer.

    We booked a family trip and stayed at this villa for 5 nights - everything about it was stunning! The location, the rooms & of course the beach as the back garden. Thank you so much to Eugenio & Roberta who looked after us and gave us so many helpful recommendations for our trip whilst we were there. We will definitely be back again!
