    Very friendly host. Excelent breakfast, prepared to each person individualy. Degustation dinner was is something to try (local food and drinks). Depending on the room, can be heard noise from the restaurant, especially on weekends. Good location for visiting Venice (take train from Mestre train station). Overall very good expierence

    A great place to stay in nature on quiet location when visiting Venice and its surroundings. Great breakfast. Food products of their own production are offered. A dinner consisting of two courses plus dessert and a drink and coffee is also offered, and the price is very reasonable. Staff are nice and helpful.
