Perhaps the most beautiful boutique house in Tuscany. When you wake up in the morning, you look out your window at a dream. The host, Chiara, had prepared everything we needed for the house. A very cute and sufficient breakfast was in the fridge. There are pots, pans and cutlery so you can cook at home. There is a professional coffee machine. A kettle for heating water and all necessary kitchen equipment are provided. It has a room with two windows and a view. You can watch the unique Tuscan view from the windows. The only sounds you can hear around are roosters, birds and church bells. A wonderful stay, especially for couples who want to have a romantic getaway. It is also very suitable for small families. You can park your car in front of the door. You are in a village in Tuscany, what could be better than this? Thank you Chiara for this experience...

Wonderful host, waited for us at the property even though we were arriving quite late in the evening. Communication was very positive and the host went out of their way to make us feel at home. The flat was incredibly pristine and well put together. There was everything we needed and more. Small but perfectly equipped, large bedroom and cosy living/dining area. Located in a quiet town and perfect when travelling by car. Usigliano is really rural so make sure you visit a supermarket on the way. Very picturesque Tuscan countryside with olive groves and vineyards nearby.

The location was really good, it was quite during the night. It takes 23 minutes by car to get to the Livorno port. The host was very nice. They prepared breakfast before our departure at 6 o'clock. Very spacious apartment.

first of all the location is amazing and facing beautiful Tuscany ! The owner of the ale Vecchie Cantine is very welcoming and nice ! staff is helpful and polite ! the whole experience was excellent . as a family of 5 we had a great time ! loved the food in the restaurant as well, was very delicious; the prices were reasonable! recommend it to people who value cozy , peaceful vacation experience!

Location is more distant from main road, in silent neighbourhood. Easy to park nearby for free. Self checkin and checkout made it very convenient and flexible. The first thought i got upon entry was , "Did i barge into someone house accidentally?". Yes. It was that comfortable to stay. I liked the italian design details in it. Many small details made this stay very warm and cosy. The room was clean and spacious and even had a pleasant smell. Bath and shower combo were great - tidy and comfortable to use. During the night, it was very quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. Communication from the host was very infortative and warm.
