The proprietress of the ryokan was super friendly. The breakfasts and dinners were an amazing way to start and end the day. The ryokan is near the vine bridge and once you exit the ryokan, you see the lush greenery of Iya valley. The toilet was very clean, and the room was comfortable.

From the moment we arrived everything was great. Somebody parked our car and the luggage was already taken to our room. The front staff was really nice and helpful. The rooms looked way better then on the photos. It was super spacious and had everything we needed. We booked a private onsen, the spa is not super big but the views are amazing!
