The ryokan was amazing - the room was beautiful, the futons comfortable, and the staff was very nice and attending. The dinner was very delicious course of several luxurious meals,and the breakfast was a japanese served meal plus a small buffet. The outdoor shared onsen was great, we loved it. Women wear a hotel-provided swimsuit in the outdoor onsen. Men onsen is separated from women and they are open from 6 till 10 and then from the afternoon till midnight. We also tried the private onsen which is an extra charge and needs to be booked in advance and it was nice. There is also a possibility to arrange a massage in your room. The dinner is served at 5 and 7 pm. They provide a free shuttle bus to the station. We plan to definitely come back again in the future, it was a highlight of our trip.

Honestly everything was amazing. Great building, view, facilities, bedrooms, common room, clean and the price is ridiculously good. The host went above and beyond, driving me to the convenience store and bus station early in the morning, and sharing a beer with me in the evening and gave me the best restaurant recommendation. Location very good for Nachi Taisha too.

Outstanding location and accommodation. Right at the beach, seems like a popular local surfing spot. Charming garden in front - taken care by a host - graceful older lady. Thanks you for your beautiful orchid flower that made us feel welcomed. House is spacious and has all amenities you need (fully equipped kitchen, wash machine, etc.).

Host was one of the nicest people we met during our trip in Japan. Communication worked great and he was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very cozy and has a traditional japanese flair. Also there is a 24/7 convenience store right next door.

Beautiful Japanise room. We've enjoyed the shared facility, like kitchen and laundry. Communication with owner was perfect: all the instruction available for a late check-out. 10 minuts walking there is a 24h open shop.

Location was excellent, a short walk from the station and right beside a convenience store. The room was very clean and comfortable. Check in on the tablet was quick and easy since I had filled out the online form beforehand. The shared shower room was well equipped and clean. We were able to leave our luggage at the other location, Why Kumano Hostel, opposite the station after we checked out. Excellent value.

2 minutes walk from kii-katsuura station. At night, there is no noise. Spacious room, comfortable futon and air conditioning adjustable. Both the rooms are side by side on the second flight of stairs. The toilet and the shower are after the first flight of stairs. You have a cooking space and 2 tables. Very nice and spacious. Easy check-in and check-out. Restaurant nearby with amazing food. Overall very happy to have rented this place.
