The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. Hotel really pays attention to all the small details, dyson hair dryer, super comfy bed, adjustable lights, 4K TV, tea pots and etc. The staff Megumi helped us to contact different places to find the lost items in very quick respond. This hotel is perfect for overnight stay near Narita. Shuttle buses are frequent and punctual, the hotel is clean and spacious, the breakfast is great (except the coffee) and good introduction in japanese style of breakfast. The staff is extremly polite. It is great value for money.

Good location for when you have a very early flight. Shuttle bus to and from the airport was very easy to take. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were good sizes. I was very satisfied about this hotel.

The setting was homely and rustic. Had a wonderful bathroom complete with onsen etc. The staff were nice, always having a smile on their faces. The round bread was superb, i wish I had eaten more. And even though the location of the hotel is quite far from civilization, I love the fact that it is near the station where we can relax and no longer think about a few miles of travelling to the airport. And after a long walk, the moment we arrive at your place, we feel comfortable coz it's very serene and accommodating.

A warm welcome from friendly and professional staff who provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. Reception very kindly waived the fee one hour after check-out and called a taxi to the airport on their own initiative. The hotel is nicely furnished with a comfortable room, convenient laundry facility and a reasonably-priced breakfast buffet.
