Serab Residence is calm and serene with beautiful interior design and a lovely garden and pool. The restaurant in front is excellent and does a fantastic frozen Margarita cocktail. Kaslik is a nice quiet area and less hectic than central Jounieh.

i liked how the staff was very cooperative and assistive. Also the room i booked was spacious and comfortable. The gym is very nice and clean. Whole Prestige Heaven Staff were very friendly. Enjoyed the stay thats for sure. Also was provided with breakfast plan without asking.

This was my second time at Damask Rose and owner Hicham and his Brazilian wife Ana received me yet again as a member of the family. Coming from Syria down to Beyrut it’s like coming to a different world, personally I needed a bit of social life, after a week in,Arabic only, speaking Syria and Damask Rose was great for that !! There is a walk from the hostel to the cave where you can do a tour and another wonderful walk 1 hour down to the coast ( it’s a 5 usd uber to get up again). The hostel itself is in several floors, there is a swimming pool downstairs and many places to chill during the heat of the day. The dorms themself are private, small cabins that you can close ( bring a lock). Many of the employees are Syrians, wonderful people too. It seems tourism is growing these days in Beirut with Hamas disarming and nearby Syria reopening for tourism without the daily fees.

perfect ! breakfast is so delicious. just small minus is that you need to wait for your food. it’s was just once open buffet. there is stunning view on swim pool area and from a room. stuff is so friendly, helpful, well-trained and cool. service is so fast with any inquiries. water, fruits, food, any extras … they delivered in 3-5 mins. wow !

As soon as we were met at reception for our check in we had amazing customer service by Bilal. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, recommended restaurants, organised taxis for us and even coffees and beverages. Our room was cleaned perfectly and the air conditioning in the room was amazing! We will definitely be staying here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Haya Hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Wassim, General Manager, for his professionalism and kindness — he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and relaxing. I truly appreciated the excellent service and genuine hospitality from the whole team. This brand new hotel is stunning and very clean. The pool was a beautiful spot, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The valet team was super quick, too. What really stood out was the staff. Mona, Grace & Hassan were amazing and helped me with everything I needed!
