The location is good , there is a parking lot inside , the house is spacious and has everything u need, even the host was very kind to us and we used washing machine. The place has a TV , living room , two bedrooms , kitchen , WI FI , so really we were happy to stay , thanks

The location is very calm and quiet. The apartment is surrounded by a nice garden. The apartment is very clean and modern. The entire staff took extremely good care of me and has assisted me with any kind of request (from booking a Tuk Tuk/bike, to preparing very reach and tasty breakfast/lunches/dinners). They were very nice and gentle.

Small, cozy homestay in a quiet area, very close to the beach. The area is fenced and there are a lot of plants in front of the house. The main street in the town is about 10 minutes walk away, from where you can easily get a bus to Batticaloa. The room and bathroom are neat. The room is quite small, but sufficient, mosquito nets over the beds. The common space is a table with chairs and a large fridge. We highly recommend this place. And the best recommendation is that we came for 2 nights and stayed 6.

Resort was directly on the lagoon,and there was a beautiful cool breeze through the hot time of the day. Anything I needed was provided....I just asked. I was even able to use the fridge. Rooms are spacious and super clean.Resort is super safe and monitored by security cameras . I slept really well,there was no noise to disturb me. I highly recommend this property. It's fantastic value. Fishing and boating is possible also.

This place has a spectacular garden, terrace and very comfortable room with A/C. Arul received us even before the offical arrival time, let us park our tuktuk inside and gave us tips for local food & drink. They allow us to use the kitchen and the terrace with the garden view. It's not in the centre of the town, which means a quiet location, but if you want to go to the town you will need a tuktuk (taxi or your own transport). Very good value for the money. The pictures I took are from their beautiful garden.

- Beautiful old colonial house with an amazing view facing the lagoon, it feels like time just stops. Grab a book, sit down and relax :) - Very welcoming hosts who made us feel at home, - The best meal we've had in Sri Lanka ! Beautiful new boutique hotel on the very quiet Kalkudah Beach. A beautiful setting with gorgeous garden and sea views from every room. Spacious accommodation including a large room and bathroom, and many communal sitting areas. Each room also includes a private terrace or veranda with comfortable furniture. The staff were wonderfully attentive and friendly. The food was excellent, with a special mention to the chef Manoj who created beautifully presented, freshly cooked and most importantly delicious food. He catered each meal to our specific requests and dietary needs. It is a wonderful property to stay and relax. It’s worth noting that there’s nothing to walk out to and the town is a bit of a distance, but you will have a lovely time staying and relaxing at this hotel. The beach itself is stunning, the water is calm, clean and warm and its is fringed by palms. Paradise
