We loved our stay. It felt like a little treat for us as we have been booking cheaper accomodation. It was right by the lake which was perfect and the breakfast was amazing! Bed was comfortable and we commented that the room and bathroom were very clean. Staff were helpful especially with carrying our bags up the stairs and steep drive!

Very spacious and comfy room at such a reasonable price! You can arrange Tuk Tuk transfer to reach this place. Ashan is really a friendly and helpful host. Our room was spacious with good air con and a nice hot shower. There was soap/ shower gel and shampoo provided and two drying racks to hang clothes which was very useful. We also really liked having access to a kitchen to prepare breakfast, as well as lots of areas to relax in the living space- it felt like we were at home! The garden space and seating areas are lovely. Udaya the manager was incredibly helpful during our stay and gave us lots of advice on where to go/ what to do. The property is about a 20 minute uphill walk from the town centre. This didn’t bother us as we like walking & tricycles are very easy to get, but something to consider.

The pictures of this hotel looked amazing! As the hotel has little reviews (it’s only a month old) we were a bit unsure whether to book or not, but glad we did! The rooms look exactly like the images and the entire hotel is decorated beautifully. The room was large and airy with a very neutral design which I loved! It had great details, including a large free standing mirror, coffee table and armchair. The main show has to be the bed. Large, extra soft linen with plenty of cushions - dreamy! The linen has been some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel. The bathroom also featured a large shower with a giant rainfall shower head. I would definitely stay here again. Wish there were more quality stays like this! One last thing, they served a fab coffee!

Spacious, newly built place. Host is a lovely man, his family are very nice and wanted to make us comfortable. We could use the kitchen to make tea, heat our takeaways. Tea and water was offered. Views are amazing.

The place is amazing in every single way. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Outstanding views and very quiet area, just 15 mins away from the city centre by tuk tuk. The family is lovely and very helpful. The food and the cooking class are beyond words. I definitely recommend this homestay to everyone one.

This place is special. On the outskirts of Kandy (20min with Tuktuk, ca. 330 rupees). Beautiful and well-kept villa overlooking rice-fields, with extra friendly staff, a good room that leaves nothing to be desired. We were invited to join the cooking of our dinner in the outdoor kitchen, which was a great experience, as some ingredients came straight from the organic vegetable garden. The food was SO GOOD, both dinner and breakfast. Lots of flying bats in the evening, accompanied by chill music and an overall lovely vibe. We liked it so much that we came back 2 weeks later, here we got help (and a good price) for a taxi transfer to Nuwara-Eliya. This is not the right hotel if you want to arrive late, eat out, and leave early the next morning. Thank you Sandy & Team for everything!
