Excellent hotel Located in nature But still everything is very clean and tidy. The rooms are beautiful, clean, loud, excellent air conditioning. The pool is really good, located in nature And feels like a spring. The food is excellent. The staff is really good. We stayed in 3 hotels in the city and this is the best hotel by far. A great place for children. Highly recommended for those who want to be in a beautiful place in nature and close to all the historical sites. We had a great experience, highly recommend.

The Hostel is sort of an oasis and a source of relaxation and contemplation, close to a lake, in the busy Anuradhapura. Jonti is such a welcoming, warm-hearted and helpful character who will make your day memorable if you are looking for honest conversations and insights into the ancient city, a certain Buddha-inspired, conscious way of living, and into the local cuisine. It was such a blast and will think about for a long time. You can also rent a bike there.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay when visiting Anuradhupura as it is so close to the ancient city. Quiet, next to the rice fields and a lotus pond. Food was spectacular and both the owners had the most wonderful smiles!

By far the best accomodation we had during our stay in Sri Lanka. The hotel is actually more a villa with only few rooms available, which makes it very private and calm. Everything about this place is stunning and one feels that every detail was thoughtfully designed. The hosts Siri and Chathurika were very friendly and made our stay something really special. Siri even gave us a private tour through the temples and ruins of Anuradhapura. It was all topped off by the fantastic food they prepared for us. Staying at Arachchi was one of the highlights of our trip, and would come back to Sri Lanka just to stay some more days :) we cannot recommend this place enough!

Everything was quite impressive. Clean and tidy and the staff are good. We had a nice sleep and pleasant experience there after pedalling a very long and endurance ride pushing against the head winds from Mannar to Anuradhapura Special mention - veg breakfast is excellent
