That is a nice cozy place surrounded by banana trees, very calm, we slept well! The room was very clean with air conditioner, fridge and white bed linen. Excellent bathroom with good hot water pressure that is not common for Shri-Lanka. Service was brilliant, special thanks to manager Andrew who was very attentive and solved all our questions for example when we needed additional adapter he found it immediately. The tasty hearty breakfast was included into the price as well as visiting a swimming pool in the hotel nearby. The great bonus was that you could also watch the elephants’ bathing in the river. A couple who cared for the facilities prepared the most tasty rice and curry we tried in Shri-Lanka and treated us with bananas from their garden. We enjoyed our staying in this place very much! I highly recommend this place if you are going to visit Pinnawala!

Everything about this hotel was amazing, the views are breathtaking taking. The staff are so welcoming and kind, they really care for the guests. Rooms are a great size and clean. There are a lot of bugs but expected as it is in the jungle. The food was absolutely delicious if you want authentic Sri Lankan cuisine. The pool is perfect. There is not much to do and it is far away from everything, but absolutely perfect if you just want to relax, which is exactly what I needed.

I had an amazing stay at the Cube, the place and room were amazing, the view was stunning !!! A lot of space, and pool on the rooftop is great ! My host was absolutely lovely ! I recommend this place and hope to come back again 🤗🤗

Large clean room. Ac, Tv, hot water. Balcony where you could watch the elephants walk by on the way to the river to bathe. That was a great experience to watch the elephants a few feet from the Balcony and also a couple of minutes walk to watch them bathe.

    Very good quiet location just behind the world famous Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. You can watch the Giants of the earth from the room balcony. New and clean please. Enjoyed a traditional Sri Lankan country style meal. Really appreciate the amazing hospitality and the friendly service by the caretaker Roshan. Very good value for money.     This was the best stay I had while I am in Sri Lanka. The location is perfect where we can see lots of elephants going to bathe and the balcony views were superb. The staff was also very kind and helpful at any time we request anything they managed to arrange it for us. The hotel is situated in the best location in Pinnawala and it is near for the Pinnawala zoo as well. Everything was perfect in here and highly recommend for everyone to spend your leisure time at Elepath Lodge
