very beautiful and stylish mansion , a real home converted into a guests’ home, very comfortable, quiet and convenient location just across the bridge of from downtown, the excellent option to spend at least 2 nights to enjoy the uniqueness of Tetouan and also visit Chefchaouen on a return day trip (spectacular roads, not many good overnight options in Chefchaouen)

I liked everything! First of all - hosts Jaouad and Yassine are absolutely the best in making your stay as comfortable, as possible: helping in every aspect and making you feel like staying at good friends place! Bed is very comfy. Breakfast is very good. Everything is very clean. The location is very central. Thank you Yassine and Jaouad for your hospitality and kindness! The owner of the place is a traveller himself. He was very welcoming and friendly. They had tea for the guest when you arrive. They serve a nice light breakfast. Also the view is incredible. You see all four sides of Tetuoan. Very homie vibes, good wifi.

The Riad is simply beautiful and very quiet. The rooms are very comfy and the breakfast very good. When you will arrive the first day, Mohamed will pick you up to take you inside the intricate Medina. He will help you to visit the old city, find a good restaurant, discover the best rooftop to take nice pictures.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The receptionist, Hazem, noticed that my birthday had just passed the day before I arrived and surprised me with a cake delivered to my room;such a thoughtful gesture. To make things even more special, the owner personally offered us free drinks to celebrate. The entire place was spotless, very well maintained, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and respectful. From start to finish, it felt warm and welcoming.

We stayed in this newly renovated apartment and absolutely loved everything about it! It was super comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect stay— a cozy bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The location couldn’t be better—right in the Medina, just a minute’s walk from the King’s Palace, with all the main attractions nearby. Despite being so central, the neighborhood is super calm, clean, and peaceful. They also offer parking near by. If you're looking for a modern, well-appointed apartment in Tetouan, this is a perfect choice. We highly recommend it!
