The location of the apartment was great, close to the beach. Great views & overall atmosphere. Good food locations and a hidden gem for Morocco on a budget.

Very clean and near the ⛱️

Everything. We were travelling back to the uk with a rescue dog from Morocco and needed a convenient place to stay before we travelled to Spain. Originally had booked a place in tanger but cancelled it when we saw this. Beautiful views and plenty to do. Beach is 5 minute walk. Muhammad is an excellent host. Met at the restaurant across the road and guided us the 1 minute to the apartment. Would definately book again. These hidden gems are hard to come by.

The location is great! You will find yourself dipping in Belyounech’s crystal blue water in few steps. The apartment exceeded my expectation regarding the cleanliness, fully equipped, stylish design and last but not least you will be privileged to enjoy the best views from the balcony. The bonus I was really impressed with is Maroua! She is amazing, kind and you will start your journey with her with high positive energies. She will make you fall in love with the place because of her knowledge and experience. She went over and beyond to help and make sure our stay is enjoyable. A BIG FAT THANKS MAROUA. Highly recommended.

Apartment was clean and basic. Its exactly what I expected for the price. The views from the terrace are amazing.

We had a great stay at this apartment! It’s brand new, spotlessly clean, and the beds are really comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, and the location is fantastic—close to everything you need, including the road to Ceuta, Tangier and Tetouan. The building is close to a mosque and just steps away from a 24/7 supermarket. Parking is mostly available right in front of the building and is free of charge. The elevator and washing machine are a big plus, and the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The staff were very helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The apartments easily accommodate four people and offer great value for money. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful villa, although only the bottom half is included in the rental, but with two bedroom, a huge lounge, spacious kitchen, two bathrooms and a massive garden area by the river, it was more than enough. The host and his wife were super-friendly and nothing was too much trouble, I had a problem with a car tyre & he kindly arranged for someone to come and help us. The beds are firm and very comfy, there is a large screen TV with satellite enabled in the lounge, which was really useful on the rainy days. There is ample parking in the driveway behind the safe gated front area, a huge patio out the back and a sheltered patio with seating in the front, all secluded from view, the kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, coffee percolator, gas range and good hot water. The garden is mostly wild, allowing for a diverse range of flowers & pollinators, the river runs along the bottom of it, but there are reeds so it is not accessible, but there's a wonderful symphony of sounds from the birds & animals at night. The location is great, midway between Ksar es-Seghir town and Tangiers, but extremely rural, with lots of domestic animals around and a couple of mini-markets just up the road, selling all the essentials. The long beautiful beach of Oued Alian is just 5 minutes away and well worth a day out for a swim, also the Medina of Tetouan is just an hour south, with it's incredible Souk (street Markets) a must see! The people, we found to be incredibly friendly, generous and willing to chat, help and guide, these are simple country folk who value friendship and are ever willing to give anything they have.
