Other staff I can’t thank enough are Tuan and I think his name was Fazal/Fizal? Also thanks to Irufaan for great service beyond what’s expected. Not least the housekeeping staff. Absolutely stellar experience! From the moment we reached the island, the staff were all very warmed and came to welcome us. As our flight was quite late, we reached the hotel at night and they let us check in and deal with the paperwork the next morning. Small details but it definitely helped us to settled and rested right in smoothly. The room was exactly as pictured, and in really top notch condition. A lot of attention and creative thought was given to design the entire space, making every corner looking so aesthetically pleasing. The price point was yet another impeccable one, definitely value for money. As it was quite new, the space doesn’t feel overpopulated but not cold. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations, and we felt very well taken care of. Definitely highly recommend!

My stay was absolutely amazing. The villa has a private beach and breathtaking views of the ocean. The staff is very nice and helpful. The owner is a great person who do his best to make sure guests are comfortable and will help with everything, especially arranging transfers to and from the airport. One of the staff will pick you up at the port and take you to the villa. You can communicate with the owner via WhatsApp or in person as he stops by the villa at least once a day. The facilities of the villa are very good, nice clean rooms, housekeeping with change of towels and beach towels whenever you ask for it. Basically no mosquitoes in my room. Cold drinking water available for free 24/7. The food was absolutely delicious, prepared by fantastic chefs. I highly recommend this accommodation, it felt like home.

Athiri residence is the ideal location in my opinion if you’re staying in dhiffushi. It gives you the best experience while keeping a minimum cost that anyone can afford. Moreover, the breakfast, room service, staff and cleanliness are all great. Finally, it is on the ideal location making each sunset and sunrise so pretty to watch.

The staff is extremely helpful and nice, rooms clean, beds comfortable, A/C working and bathrooms modern. The pool was a great addition, especially as we were travelling with children. Of course, you have to adapt a bit to the island life to really enjoy your stay. The food on the island generally isn't very good as everything has to be imported, so don't expect a lavish breakfast. Wi-fi is of course limited. Also, some of the rooms don't have windows, which we didn't know. It was strange for us at first, in the end it was ok as the sun, humidity and heat outside can be intense.
