AustraliaThis hotel is fabulous from the time you set foot in it. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are amazing, so quaint, colorful and comfortable. My favorite hotel in Mexico. It was nice to have as much filtered water as you like in the passage. The pool is pretty and clean. You cannot ask for a better location. Near the square, restaurants, church and museum.

MexicoThe staff were amazing. A post tropical storm came through with heavy rain and the kitchen wasn't in operation yet. The staff made sure that we had hot water for coffee and let us use the fridge to keep our purchases cool including adults drink. The location is perfect, just a few blocks from good restaurants and local stores.
