The staff was very helpfull and took good care of me, with my limited spanish skills. They explained to me patiently where to find the bus station, where to get my laundry cleaned and even offered to call someone who speaks German and can contact a lawyer, when I asked if the bus is safe because i got mugged in a bus before. That really gave me peace of mind and helped me to enjoy my stay in Mexico again.

It’s small but comfortable. Was nice to have a little kitchen. It was very cold in the night and the owner brought some more blankets. Very friendly lady.
