My jaw dropped when I walked inside! I wasn't expecting it to be so peaceful and beautifully designed. The whole time I was here I felt like I was treated like royalty, I received such personal attention. The patios inside are quiet and beautiful. The staff went overboard to make sure I was happy and taken care of. I especially loved connecting with Fabiola, the chef, who made me the most amazing chilaquiles for breakfast. (which was included in the room price!) Also...THE BATHTUB WAS AMAZING! Luxurious! When I arrived I was upgraded to the most AMAZING room just because nobody else was staying there. I'm telling you, the service was incredible. I will be back.

Everything was on point, the comfortable beds, the cleaning, the biggest bathroom I ever had in my life, L'Occitane cosmetics, beauty toiletry, beauty lighted mirror for makeup, huge TV with all the streaming apps, the huge shower, the 2 ambi purs for the home fragrances, the rooftop, the cocktails, the cooked food by Miriam, the presentation of Alejandro. The place is amazing, a healing space, the breakfasts are the best, super healthy, no stomach inflammation, the smoothies and waters are incredible, and the 3 days I had breakfast there, it was splendid. Speaking of the place, I'll tell you how it went: I arrived at a corner marked by Google Maps, there are two entrances in the center (live aqua), or behind the area, and I arrived from behind, and well, what I mean is, it's easy to get there, once you arrive it looks very simple without pretending but once you enter and go to your room, the experience becomes indescribable, the design, the decoration, the plants, the trees and fruit trees too and they have an impressive natural pool that makes the place like a little paradise, but that's just the bottom part, on the rooftop there is a jacuzzi with a view of San Miguel, and a sauna that you can't miss! Not to mention that they also have a small garden, a small gym, enough to exercise, and a very large area to cook meat or any delicacy that you know how to prepare with the equipment there. Do you want a massage? This is the right place, the best 60 minutes of a massage were there and they have more services, facials, acupuncture, the place is ideal to relax and have a good time, I promise! Thanks Viktor, Mark and Fabiola! What a fabulous stay!

    Excellent location, just a couple of minutes for the main square and right beside a nice park. Quiet at night. Walkable to the bus station. Kitchen available to use. Water dispenser. Hector was very welcoming, and my room was ready despite me arriving around noon. Ideal for a night or two, and great value for SMA.

    Communication was excellent from booking through til check out. Ester made our check in process so easy. The apartment is beautiful - well supplied kitchen (equipment), extremely comfortable bed and large bathroom with a great shower. The entire flat was spotlessly clean. The location is excellent (10 minute uber to the bus station, 20 minutes to vineyards and a 5 minute walk to the centre). The view from the terrace was amazing! Would absolutely stay here again.
