Location was excellent, just two minutes walk from the city center. Breakfast was not included but there is excellent kitchen utility at the place, and supermarket is very close! One of the best accommodations i have ever stayed, Mr. Khalid is very great and approachable, there is a parking on site which is a life saver. Best recommendations for this house! Great value for money! PS. apologies to the young lady for scaring her at the arrival :)

We felt great in this place and welcomed. The room is large and very well equipped. Many details make things easy and confortable. The kitchen is also always available for a drink or coffe. Breakfast is nice too. The location is great to visit the region since the main raods are very close. Highly recommended.

This was an amazing place to stay! The rooms are cozy, spacious, and provide perfect comfort. The bathroom is huge – a real luxury. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, and the hosts, Raul and Doranda, are wonderful. They are very courteous and smiley and took care of us the entire time, making sure we were comfortable and lacked nothing. The breakfast is top-notch – healthy, substantial, and prepared with quality ingredients. I wholly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect blend of comfort, coziness, and warm hospitality!

Lovely family and charming place. We felt like home from the first moment and they’ve been very kind with us. The house looks even better than the pics and it was very clean and organized. It's really beautiful! Charm, character, cleanliness, and the owner is just so incredibly kind and helpful. Just a hop, skip and jump from the main square, the Markt. Gouda is just so pretty. Great place to work from, btw, if you have to work as we did, is the Chocolade Fabriek, just along the canal to the left as you exit the house. And the cafe at the museum is wonderful!! We loved it all. Amazing stay! Thank you!

This is an excellent home from home! Angelique has made a beautiful bespoke small house out of the coach house. They both gave an excellent welcome. They have really thought about attention to detail which made you feel comfortable. We used the sofa bed downstairs and asked for the beds upstairs to be separate all of them were very comfortable. The walk into town is very quick, you can be in the town square in 10 minuets. I would throughly recommend this as a place to stay.

A lovely BnB in this beautiful town. We very much appreciated the friendly welcome and the excellent breakfast with possibly the best yoghurt and granola I have had in a very long time. If we are back in the neighbourhood we will definitely return. The location along the canal is great, the amenities are just right and the room is comfortable and welcoming. The perfect place for a short stay.
