Just what I was looking for, for a one night stop over, on route to Poland. Shared bathroom and shower were clean and tidy. Shared communal kitchen area with use of a fridge and access to tea/coffee facilities. Did a short walk through the cornfields to the village but otherwise can't comment on local amenities.
