Everyone and everything was beyond my expectations, rooms and toilets are so clean, beds really comfy, staff super polite and helpful, location is great, everything is so easy from booking to leaving the place, modern, new, really more like a hotel that a hostel. Best stay of our trip to Europe, bed was really comfy and the location was close to a tram stop. Breakfast every morning was amazing - have not forgotten how delicious the fresh bread was. Very friendly hosts with great recommendations for restaurants. Would 1000% stay again if in the area.

The apartment was beautiful and the location was perfect. The hosts had thought of everything we might need. We asked to extend our check out time by a few hours and they were really accommodating. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again if I ever came back to Rotterdam.

I like self check in but stuff was also very helpful. You have freedom to self check in and out. Pod was nice temperature, small but cosy. Bathroom and toilettes clean and you have feeling of privacy even if it is shared It was quite and lounge downstairs was also nice and cosy. Great location and everything you need is very close.

The hotel is in a great location, close to major tourist attractions. It was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating upon request, they even moved us to a room with a lovely balcony view. In particular, I would like to highlight the excellent location – it truly adds to the convenience and comfort of staying at your establishment. I would also like to commend the professionalism and friendliness of your staff – everyone was attentive, helpful, and ready to assist with any request. The housekeeping was done very thoroughly, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. At the same time, I would like to share a few suggestions that might help enhance the guest experience even further. 1. Sound insulation: During the evening and nighttime, noise from other guests could sometimes be heard. This might be due to the building’s structural design. If there is an opportunity to improve soundproofing in the future, it would certainly add to the comfort of guests who prefer a quieter and more restful stay. 2. Room size: The room I stayed in was quite compact. While it was well-organized and very tidy, perhaps a bit more space for personal belongings would make it even more comfortable for future guests. 3. Dining options: It would be great to see halal-friendly meal options included in the menu. This would allow guests with dietary preferences and traditions to feel even more comfortable during their stay. Once again, I sincerely appreciate the warm welcome and excellent service.
