We had a very nice welcoming from the owner. The house is indeed very cozy, a mix from Grandma's House (but only the good stuff) and a bit of modern stuff from IKEA which creates a comfortable and kind of familiar retro feeling. If we are ever close to leknes again, we probably coming back there. Best wishes to the owner!

This is a gem of an apartment to stay. Everything you need is here. We had a great time using it as a base for our adventures around the area. It’s in the perfect place to head south or north. The town has good supermarkets and garages etc. so pleased we picked to stay there.

The appartment is really gorgeous¸, very spacious and cosy. It really has everything you need. Bedrooms are big, beds are comfortable, living room has a wonderful big table to accomodate all. The two bathrooms are also big and comfortable. We communicated with the owner by booking.com messages and he was always available and ready to help. It was worth stopping there for two days during our trip.

The location is so perfect and relaxing even though we had two kids, it was relaxing and enjoyable for all. It has lovely views over the water through its huge windows. It is very in the middle of all the islands, it's a perfect starting point for day trips. It is also a 10 min walk to a supermarket, bar and restaurant. Oh, and at night the otters come onto the deck.

    Nice and welcoming host. The hostel has a beautiful view on the sea. The hostel is a former fishermen`s house and it still has this unique character of that. It was very clean despite some older furnishing. The new host told me that they want to change some older equipment to improve the hostel even more, because in some areas the hostel`s interior is from a time a few decades ago.
